Dinner is a simple à la Carte affair – a Salad as Starter, with homemade brown bread (around R65); Main Course three or four possibilities: Fillet (around R165 to R190 depending on the size ordered); Fish of the day – literally as we wouldn’t like to commit in advance and find it’s not as fresh as we like to serve – so it’s the freshest on the slab; a Vegetarian Option; our signature traditional Chicken Pie and then of course Dessert – Chocolate Bake with a Rich Sauce and Vanilla, or Malva in a syrupy base.
We sometimes change to include lamb – cutlets or leg of lamb. We finalise the menu usually a week before – except the fish, which is determined only a day or two before.
TIME: STRICTLY 18:00 for Theatre Patrons – the Show starts at 20:00
